KINGMAX Semiconductor markets its own KINGMAX brand of memory storage products internationally. Since 1999, the company has secured exclusive Tiny BGA™ technology patents and developed Tiny BGA™ DRAM module products. It has been awarded Taiwan Excellence Awards several consecutive years and over 60 domestic and foreign awards, proving that KINGMAX is a brand leader in the memory storage industry. In 2001 the group re-invested and founded KINGMAX Digital Inc., expanding its reach into the development and manufacturing of NAND flash memory products, launching a variety of memory card products for cell phone and digital camera and the original waterproof USB flash drive Super Stick, which has also received Taiwan Excellence Awards and accolades from numerous global media and consumers in the market.

In 2015, in order to effectively integrate resources, improve company management performance, and increase competitiveness, the shareholders' passed a resolution to merge Kingpak Technology Inc. with International Branding Marketing Inc., to ensure better performance in terms of sustainable management, company image, and sound finances.
